The Canadian Government has recently implemented a new regulatory process for natural animal health products which they are calling the Low Risk Veterinary Health Products Interim Notification Program. It is a voluntary program for natural health companies to regulate their animal products - very similar to the Natural Health Product Directorate for people. Riva's Remedies is now taking the steps to move forward with this program and to become licensed as a Good Manufacturing Practice facility. As a result, we have made changes to some of our herbal formulas to maximize the health benefits and potency of Riva's Herbal Blends. Therefore, you may notice slight changes or variations to the colour, texture and/or taste for some of the Herbal Blends that you now purchase. We would like to assure you that our products continue to be safe, effective and of very high quality.
