The new request is posted on our website's Commercial Property Portal page.The notification will direct you to a short online form to provide basic site information. You will also have the ability to submit a spec sheet for your property. After our economic development specialists have reviewed the basic data, we will contact the agents with matching properties to request more comprehensive information in a fillable PDF form.We will compile the comprehensive site offers into a thorough and easy-to-read prospectus for our client. Please be sure that your property matches the client request.
The EDO's goal is to create a streamlined process to supply site selectors and clients with a uniform prospectus of properties that match their specific needs. We are continuing to develop a database of commercial Realtors, brokers, sellers' agents, property owners, and developers with sites in Cape Coral to inform you quickly of new property needs.
