Presentation Shines at Middle School Sports League Track Meet
Everyone had a great day at our Middle Schools Sports League track meet on Friday. Our 5th through 8th grade students and teachers attended and it was held at the Santa Rosa Junior College. Each student participated in field events and ran track events from the high jump to the 4x100 relay.
We had many first, second and third place ribbons and this was perhaps our school's best showing at the event! Complete results will be available in the coming weeks.

Presentation Science Olympiad Team Scores Big in County Competition
This year at the Sonoma County Science Olympiad, our team of fourth, fifth, and sixth graders brought home five wins! We earned 2nd place in the building event, Tower of Strength and the pictionary-like event, Picture This. We earned 3rd place in the Catapult, the Lego building: Describe It, Make It, and the Egg Drop. We were competing with nine other elementary schools from around Sonoma County and are proud to bring home our ribbons!
One photo is of the team, and the other is Dominic and Keenan competing in the egg drop.
Our coaches this year were Gayle Gallagher, Joel Kuschner, Jamie Mitchell. A big thanks and congratulations to our students, coaches and the parents who cheered us on.

Please consider dropping off any children's or young adult books that your children might be done with for our Used Book Sale (on May 14-16 from 1-3:30pm). This is a great chance to clean out your bookshelves and, at the sale, to stock up on summer reading for your student! If you might have time to work the sale, please sign up for a shift on the library door. See Mrs. Natuzzi for details.

Help Us Show Our Teachers Our Appreciation
In order to make our end of the year appreciation lunch for our teachers truly special, we are asking for a donation of $5 per student or approx. $90-100 donation from each class. Any left over funds will go in to the fund a need or general fund for future use. A family in the 5th grade made a $150 contribution, so none necessary there! Thank you!
The Teacher Luncheon will be held at Mama Tanino's on May 23rd from 1-3pm.
There is an envelope in the office to drop off your donations. Please donate before May 16th. Thank you!
