At the 2013 International Assembly, San Diego, CA, USA, RI President Elect, Ron Burton, USA, told his districts governors that Rotary gains about 120,000 members each year and loses 120,000 each year. He told the DGs that this has been this way for 15 years. He also said that something needed to be done to change this. Listen to his entire speech.
