Youthville Chalk Art Festival

Held in Old Town Square, the Youthville Chalk Art Festival continues to be a hit with the entire community. The free Downtown annual event raises awareness and support for EmberHope, while providing a fun and engaging experience for the entire family. Watch local artists create stunning chalk art or design your own masterpiece at the festival.


CityArts Xtravaganza! Aug. 1 Celebrate the arts in Old Town Square Saturday at CityArts Xtravaganza! This fundraising gala provides an opportunity for CityArts to raise funds that will enhance the student experience at it's location in Downtown. There will be wine, food, live music, art demos and an art auction throughout the evening.	Jason Isbell at the Orpheum Aug. 2 Jason Isbell's recently released album, Something More Than Free, has reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Top Country Albums! Enjoy a live concert from the chart topping artist as he performs hits from his album in Downtown Wichita this week at the historic Orpheum Theatre.	Roxy's Downtown July 31 - Sept. 12 Join Roxy's as they kick off performances of the fan favorite, Pageant. The outrageously funny crowd participation show allows the audience to choose the contestant that will take home the crown. Make reservations and get in on the fun at one the performances of Pageant in Downtown Wichita.

Final Friday Art Crawl

The Final Friday art crawl occurs on the last Friday of each month. Art galleries, museums and shops around Wichita stay open late and welcome visitors. Recognizing that Downtown is the artistic and cultural center for the region, the Q-Line trolley transports art lovers throughout venues in Downtown.
