Power 93.5 presents the first ever hip-hop concert at INTRUST Bank Arena in Downtown Wichita! The concert has a superstar line up featuring rap artist Lil' Wayne and special guest Trey Songz, Kid Ink, Ty Dolla and Fetty Wap. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the door. 
June 15 

The Summer of Spielberg will be kicking off this week with the film that started the Indiana Jones craze, Raiders of the Lost Ark. The film series will feature six classic movies by Steven Spielberg and show on select Mondays throughout the summer at the Orpheum Theatre. 

June 14

The Down to the Wire Film Race allows teams only 24 hours to write, produce, shoot and edit a short film that is six minutes or less. A five person jury will screen all the films from the race and select the top 10 to be showcased during this event at the Historic Orpheum Theatre. 
June 11

Coming off of their recently released album Wake, Nora Jane Struthers and the Party Line are now on tour across America. Singer and song-writer Nora Jane and the band will be making a stop in Downtown Wichita for a performance at the newly renovated Barleycorn's.
June 13

Shop this Saturday to support local merchants and save money! Purchase a re-suable 2nd Saturday shopping bag or keycard for $5 and receive discounts at any of the participating merchants located in Downtown, Delano, Old Town and Douglas Design District. Check the 2nd Saturday website monthly to find where you can save. 
Downtown Father's Day Feast
June 21

Treat Dad to a delicious meal on Father's Day in Downtown Wichita. Doo-Dah Diner will be serving a buffet of the best that the diner offers from 8am-2pm. Taste and See will be featuring Brazilian Rodizio Style service for the first time during lunch on Father's Day from 10am-3pm and for dinner from 5-9pm. The Arts Council is now accepting nominations for the 46th Annual Arts Award, which will be held on Sunday, October 4 at the Century II Convention Hall in Downtown Wichita. To nominate a business, group or individual, fill out and submit an Art Awards nomination form, that can be found on wichitaarts.com, by Wednesday, July 15.
