Join the WDDC and City of Wichita to help keep Downtown Wichita beautiful at Downtown Clean Up this Saturday, April 18, from 9:00am - 12:00pm. All volunteers will receive free lunch courtesy of Marcus Rivera, New York Life Agent.
Gridiron 2015
April 16 - 18

Gridiron is one of Wichita's oldest and most hilarious stage show that stars members of the local media. The performances at the Orpheum Theatre are filled with singing, dancing and spoofing of the past year's news and newsmakers in order to raise scholarship money for Kansas college journalism students. 
Voyages At Sea
April 18 - 19

The Wichita Symphony's Classic Series continues this week at Century II with Voyages At Sea. Maestro Daniel Hege steers the Wichita Symphony through extraordinary nautical portraits and the phenomenal Joyce Yang returns to Downtown Wichita to perform Prokofiev's Third Piano Concerto. 
In The Mood
April 18

Enjoy the In The Mood musical revue of the 1940's this week at Century II with two performances in one day. Celebrating it's 20th anniversary, the show features the brassy, upbeat sound of the 40's from the thirteen-piece String of Pearls Big Band Orchestra plus the In The Mood Singers and Dancers.

Every Saturday this spring, the City of Wichita Park and Rec mobile van will be bringing fun to Downtown at Naftzger Park! There will be games, sports, a timed obstacle course, a jump rope contest, prizes, food trucks and more. Come out this Saturday, April 18 from 11am - 2pm to join in on the fun!
