Explore exciting Downtown living options tomorrow!

 

The Downtown Wichita residential market is booming with nearly 300 new units last year alone, and hundreds more on the way. With it, young professionals, empty nesters, and families are living the walkable, urban lifestyle. To highlight the growth, and the distinctive living spaces available in Downtown, the WDDC is presenting the Downtown Living Tour this Sunday, March 29 from 1-5pm.

The Downtown Wichita Living Tour is a free open house event designed for everyone to enjoy! No rsvp is required. To start the tour, pick up a printed event map at any participating property listed below or the WDDC. This event map will show where properties are located, additional property information and the free Q-Line trolley route.

The Downtown Wichita Living Tour is self-paced, so you can explore two, three or even all the different living options in Downtown! Volunteers and property representatives will be at each location to answer any questions you may have.

Stop by the Wichita Downtown Development Corporation offices at 505 & 507 E. Douglas during the Downtown Living Tour for a sneak peek of Downtown's newest upcoming residential properties including: River Vista, Commerce Farm Project, The Flats 324 Expansion and more! Event maps, snacks and public restrooms will also be available.

 The Downtown Living Tour is self-paced so you can move between stops at your leisure, by either walking or riding the free Q-Line trolley. Each trolley stop will have designated signage. When you are ready to head to the next property, wait at the designated Q-Line stops shown on the event map for the next available trolley.
