LIFE HAPPENS HERE!
Wichita's hub for arts and entertainment is Downtown.
Showing now - Nov. 1

Halloween13 or Jason is Really Hacked is a hysterical spoof from Mosley Street Melodrama on the classic scary movies that made the likes of Jason and Mike Myers the most feared villains in the history of film. Complete with a camp setting, mysterious counselors, and plenty of hilarious chase scenes. Following intermission, enjoy a gaggle of spooks (the cast) as they put their own spin on classics from yesterday and today. This show is rated PG-13 and shows every Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
Loretta Lynn
Saturday, Sept. 20

In addition to being "first," she was also "great" and "different." Loretta's instantly recognizable delivery is one of the greatest country-music voices in history. As for "different," no songwriter has a more distinctive body of work. Like the lady herself, Loretta Lynn's songs shoot from the hip.
Tickets start at $45.
Sept. 16-20

Quality used books for sale at ridiculous prices! Most books are priced at $1 or less. Saturday is Bag Sale Day - fill your bag (bring your own) for $5!! There are many Used Book Sales, but only ONE Friends of the Wichita Public Library sale. All genres of book available.
