Be the first to see the new Robert D. Love Downtown YMCA at a special Open House for Downtown employees and residents from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday, December 7, at 402 N. Market. Take a tour and join the Y during the Open House to save $50! Stop by early to sample items from the new Cafe 402 menu with service provided by Hyatt. The Downtown YMCA Grand Opening is Monday, December 10.

Project Cost - $27 Million
 

The Greater Wichita YMCA's new LEED Certified Downtown location is 110,000 square feet. The facility now houses the organization's corporate offices as well as a new state of the art work-out and activity facility. The project developed approximately three-fourths of a city block adjacent to City Hall and the Federal and Sedgwick County Courthouses. The new facility is expected to serve 30,000 people throughout the area. There are more than 103,000 residents within a three-mile radius of the new Downtown YMCA location. The Greater Wichita YMCA serves more than 265,000 kids and adults.
