Shadow is a little more than two and half years old. He's been at the shelter since he was 8 months old. Shadow is a playful dog who would love a yard to run and play in. Don't let his larger size stop you. Shadow walks well on a leash and knows sit, down, come and stay. He would do best as the only animal in the home. His adoption fee is paid for and he'll go home with a bed, food, treats, toys and a collar and leashIslip Animal Shelter & Adopt A Pet Center210 S. Denver Avenue Bay Shore, NY 11706 (631) 224-5660

Meet Squirrel and Harry (white and grey). They're best buds and need a home together. These two cats have the best personalities. Unfortunately they both have chronic upper respiratory problems and will need medications for the rest of their lives. We've had them here for over a year now and they're finally ready to find that special someone who is willing to give them the continuous care they need. These two are both under a year and a half old. If you're interested in adopting them, please ask for them by name. Islip Animal Shelter & Adopt A Pet Center210 S.
