Handsome Pongo, #7367, is 4 yrs young. In as a stray in November 2014: Pongo displayed signs of neglect, and possible abuse. He was very underweight, had cuts, old bite wounds, was filthy and clearly in need of help. Two months ago he went to foster with a staffer. She reports: He's friendly with EVERYONE. Pongo is very tolerant of my 2 yr old's screaming and running. He can be in the same room with pet birds. He's a couch potato relaxing near his people, like balls/stuffed toys, great on leash with a gentle lead, is housebroken and crate trained.

Diamond is a beautiful 4-5 year old girl who loves going for walks. She weighs about 35 pounds and is the perfect dog for the right home. Diamond does need to be the only pet in the household and would prefer a home without small children as she likes all the attention to herself. Interested in Diamond? Fill out an online application.

Berger, #3365, is a 3 ½ yr old American Pitbull Terrier mix. Sadly, this striking boy is nearing his 2yr anniversary since coming in. He's gone on multiple events and handles the stress well. Off putting for many is his size; He's a big boy and quite strong. Berger walks well on leash &, is obedient to commands but needs a firm, strong handler. Although he likes kids (but not a fan of cats), older children are appropriate because of his size. Adopted twice and returned because of his size - Berger had professional training to help his forever home.

We're looking for a double adoption for these two bonded beauties! Pinky and Punky are brother and sister and would like to stay together. They are beautiful hound mixes who are a little shy in their cages, but super friendly and affectionate once they're out. They enjoy getting cuddled and crawling into your lap. They'd be best in a home with kids over 5 and get along with other dogs. Someone give these two sweethearts a home!
