Adoption Corner!
Berger, #3365, is a 3 ½ yr old American Pitbull Terrier mix. Sadly, this striking boy is nearing his 2yr anniversary since coming in. He's gone on multiple events and handles the stress well. Off putting for many is his size; He's a big boy and quite strong. Berger walks well on leash &, is obedient to commands but needs a firm, strong handler. Although he likes kids (but not a fan of cats), older children are appropriate because of his size. Adopted twice and returned because of his size - Berger had professional training to help his forever home.

Playful, precious sprite Fidget, #8715, is a year old ball of fun and love. Unfortunately for this baby, she is feline leukemia positive. Although the immune deficiency disease will require monitoring, she is at this time asymptomatic and a bundle of energy. Fidget loves other cats so she can go into a household with other FeLv+ kitties, she likes dogs and could have a K9 best friend, or could be your only love bug. She could fit into any home except that which has non infected cats. Fidget is just waiting to have a life outside the shelter ... please!

It is so hard for us to understand how a family can surrender their dog after 11 years but it seems to be happening every day. Ricco is one such pup. This sweet boy seems to be a bit lost but is adjusting to his foster home a little more every day. He LOVES to go outside so a fenced in yard is a MUST for this boy. He is a bit on the needy side and is mostly blind so it would be great if there was someone at home most of the day. . Adoption fee $275.00

We're looking for a double adoption for these two bonded beauties! Pinky and Punky are brother and sister and would like to stay together. They are beautiful hound mixes who are a little shy in their cages, but super friendly and affectionate once they're out. They enjoy getting cuddled and crawling into your lap. They'd be best in a home with kids over 5 and get along with other dogs. Someone give these two sweethearts a home!
