Katie is a petite lady with the tiniest of meows, and a passion for chasing strings, laser lights and feathers. You'll find she is an observer rather than a participant, but don't give up. With some of her favorite toys, some gentle encouragement, and a few cat treats, you could be the one to win her confidence. Katie qualifies for our "Diamonds in the Rough" adoption special; it includes a waived adoption fee as well as a $100 gift certificate towards their first vet visit, made possible thanks to a Lil Bub's Big Fund ASPCA Grant.

Adorable Ricky Bobby, #1519 came in on Valentine's Day with his sister. She has since been adopted and now it is Ricky's turn. They were found with no food, no water, and no shelter, outside on someone's property. We took them in but their owner ending up not wanting them back once spayed and neutered. This little boy is very friendly and playful with dogs (especially calm "helper dogs"), and is friendly with people, although nervous at first meeting. Once he realizes he is safe, he warms up for cuddling. In fact, tho' good @ walks, he's best at love.

It is so hard for us to understand how a family can surrender their dog after 11 years but it seems to be happening every day. Ricco is one such pup. This sweet boy seems to be a bit lost but is adjusting to his foster home a little more every day. He LOVES to go outside so a fenced in yard is a MUST for this boy. He is a bit on the needy side and is mostly blind so it would be great if there was someone at home most of the day. . Adoption fee $275.00

We're looking for a double adoption for these two bonded beauties! Pinky and Punky are brother and sister and would like to stay together. They are beautiful hound mixes who are a little shy in their cages, but super friendly and affectionate once they're out. They enjoy getting cuddled and crawling into your lap. They'd be best in a home with kids over 5 and get along with other dogs. Someone give these two sweethearts a home!
