Dog-A-Poolooza is an event fundraiser for local rescue organizations. Patrons will be able to bring their canine friends to the pool on Saturday, September 12th, 11 am - 6 pm (raindate is Sunday, September 13th). Entry costs are $5/person and $10/dog. Patrons and canines will have the opportunity to socialize with other like friends and take a swim in the Aquatic Center pool. The snack bar will be open for food and beverage selections. Before or after the event patrons are welcome to extend their Dog-A-Poolooza time at the adjacent Hatfield Township Dog Park (Dog Park is free to the public). 6th ANNUAL SASF BENEFIT

The Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation will host their 6th Annual SASF on Saturday, September 12th, from 6 - 10 p.m. Dinner will consist of a generously provided buffet of sumptuous food from local restaurants and shops. Drinks can be purchased at a "discount" cash bar and music by the Second Shift will rock the place all night. In addition there will be a silent auction, Chinese auction, 50/50 Raffle and door prizes! Guests are asked to please bring a donation of dog or cat food and treats to the shelter's Pet Food Pantry. Proceeds will help to support the shelter's Mobile & In house Spay/Neuter Clinics & our new Wellness Clinic in order to reduce the population of homeless animals and provide low cost spay/neuter services to under served areas in need.

 Piper was rescued with four other bunnies who were abandoned in a wooded preserve in Baldwin Harbor. She and her siblings were tiny babies when they were rescued! Now, they are growing up gorgeous!  Sweet Hope is a gentle loving girl that spent 2 years in one of the local town animal shelters. Being only about 6 months old when she came in Hope grew up in the shelter. We pulled Hope out and placed her in a nice boarding facility and have been working on finding her a foster or loving permanent home. She has been in boarding for 5 months now. Hope loves to go for long walks, loves belly rubs, is obedience trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. All she needs now is a loving family.
