 Spring Fling's day long adoption event: all adoption fees waived for approved applicants during our event from 10am to 5pm. Come meet some of our wonderful adoptable dogs and cats; consider planting the seeds of a new relationship that will continue to bloom with love and loyalty well beyond just this Spring season. There will be live music, a face painter, a professional photographer to capture a shot of you with your new furry family member, raffles and a door prize. Please bring a dog or cat toy for a free door prize entry. This Saturday Give a Gift, Wag a Tail! Rock & Rawhide is having a little party at Choice Pet Supply in Commack, NY from 11-3!  Students from the Musicology Performance Center will perform from 1-2pm. Baby Howard the Bulldog will be giving out smooches to everyone who donates goodies for shelter pets. Professional Pet Photographer will be there to take Spring Pet Pics for a donation sitting fee of $10 (Fee is being donated to help Shelter Pets). Each goodie donation receives a raffle ticket for wine & many more prizes! Glitter tattoos too....you can't do an event without them. Collecting Tuff Chew Toys, Dog & Cat Supplies which will be distributed to LI Shelters!

Guest tattoo artists Matt Montleon from Beacon's Honorable Ink and Jesse Bink from Timmy Tattoo in Huntington, N.Y. will be joining the Planet New York team to ensure that there are enough artists on hand to accommodate the crowd. The event will begin at 12 and run until 9 pm. Tattoos will be done on a first come, first serve basis. Planet New York suggests that people wishing to get a tattoo arrive early due to the popularity of this event. Those wishing to get tattooed must be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID. Car & motorcycle show, bands, dj's, impersonators, vendors, yard sale, swap meet, food vendors, raffle, family fun, handicapped accessible bathrooms & parking, trophies & prizes for the top 3 cars & top 3 motorcycles. Car/motorcycle entry for show only $10. Includes driver only. ($5. For each additional person.) $5.00 admission to the public.  Bring your own chair & enjoy some great music for the afternoon. We are Riverhead MTAS Inc. "Move the animal shelter" we are 501c3 not for profit. We funded 2 new dog parks in Riverhead for the community to enjoy. We are now moving forward to build a new animal shelter for cats and dogs.
