One Million Pibble March on Washington DC
Saturday, May 3, 2014
Doors open at 12 noon
The West Lawn of the US Capital
*The rally will begin at EXACTLY 12:30pm and go for 90 minutes.
***This is a HUMAN ONLY event. Dogs are NOT allowed***
There will be a rally at the West Lawn of the US Capital in an effort to end discrimination (BSL/BDL) and abuse (dog Fighting) and by doing so, create safe and humane communities for humans and pets. We will offer solutions to ending what has become a national epidemic, dog fighting. To "ban" or "abolish" a breed is far from an intelligent solution but rather a quick fix to what is an obvious social issue.
The purpose of this event is to educate, bring awareness and in doing so end discrimination and abuse. Having dogs there will not accomplish or contribute to this goal in any way. If dogs could over turn laws they would have done it a long time ago. It's up to US to Be Their Voice and to be responsible and respectful of the us CAPITAL grounds. This is a national opportunity to represent them in a positive way and enlighten others about the truth. Find out more by clicking here or here.

Adoption Corner!
Introducing Gandalf!
Gandalf is a gorgeous Albino teenaged stallion who is seeking a knowledgable home as a pet. Very well mannered, though not handled for many years. About 8h. Easy keeper. First farrier trim in many years went well (with my VERY competent farrier, Rich Klauber) No signs of laminitis. Healthy boy. Dental visit shortly and then eye exam but overall, he's in good shape. Minis live quite a long time so be ready to commit the next couple decades! Must be corraled alone but is fine alongside others. No breeding. Email if interested in this wonderful little horse!
