There are thousands of chained, outdoor dogs here on Long Island who don't have the law on their side. Help us demonstrate and bring awareness for these voiceless dogs living in the most depraved of conditions! Laws need to change, and there is strength in numbers. Hope to see you 11 am on Friday 2/14 for the CHAIN OFF event to protest this cruel practice.
