           Unity Fest
  Saturday May 21st, 11am - 2pm
Gym, 181 Lincoln Place

"Caught red-handed!  And blue, and green...Last Thursday, nearly every child in the Lower School lent their handprints and creativity to paint a massive mural to be displayed at this Saturday's UNITY FEST"

Spring is here, and the end of school is near.  Let's get our families together and celebrate at the new commUNITY FESTival!   It offers a chance for parents and students from all divisions to eat, dance, sing, make crafts, and compare summer plans!

Part music festival, part food festival, and all heart, this event will be a joyful expansion of the Family Fiesta, a BC classic sponsored by the Diversity Committtee, now known as Diversity & Inclusion Matters Committee.  Like most PA events, this one can't happen without the participation of parents and students.

Click on the improved link below and sign up to be a part of this exciting festival:

The Home of Felicia and Eric Eve

It's not too late to join us TONIGHT!

We'' be discussing:

A sensitive and informative story about a family's experience of their transgender child's transitioning, including both the emotional ups and downs of their lives as well as the science/biology related to gender identity.

EVEN IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE BOOK, IT'LL BE WORTH ATTENDING as we will be joined by two excellent speaker/educators who will talk about their own journeys as transgender adults, will join us in discussion and will answer any questions (eg. How to speak to our children about transgender issues, Correct languaging, Misconceptions about transgender people, etc).

We hope you can attend and take advantage of this unique opportunity.

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Please RSVP by clicking here.

If you have any questions please send them to DivInc.BCS@gmail.com.
