Raising Adopted Children

Monday, May 11th

8:30 to 9:30 AM in the Cafeteria at 181 Lincoln Place

All adoptive families are invited by the LS, MS and US psychologists to a talk on raising adopted children on Monday, May 11 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM in the Cafeteria at 181 Lincoln Place.   Leanne Jaffe will be the guest speaker and there will be a Q & A after her talk.  Ms. Jaffe, an adult adoptee herself, is a therapist who specializes in working with the particular strengths and challenges of adoptive families.  She spoke at BC a few years ago and parents found her talk very helpful.   Please check out her website at: http://www.adaptingtoadoption.com/ and rsvp to kkauffmann@berkeleycarroll.org and include the grade of your child.
