My Fairy Godmother
My Fairy Godmother started in Cleveland over a decade ago with the mission to "help every Cinderella make it to the ball'. Girls from low income families get the opportunity to experience the thrill of prom dress shopping that they may not have had otherwise due to monetary concerns. The two-day sale is held each year in early spring, and hundreds of new or gently worn formal gowns are displayed along with statement accessories. The girls get so excited that they have been known to start waiting in line by 5am!
