Having experienced a potentially challenging year for many due to the transformational qualities of change that most people experienced, and usually didn't like, this Year of the Horse is a year to move forward with gusto. We are going to take all that we have learned and experienced - not just last year, but throughout our life in order to make major headway toward our goals, life purposes and dreams.

• You've shed your old skin, now release all that does not serve you. That could be clothes, friends, furnishings or beliefs (to name a few). Clear Clutter.
• Have clear communication. Be kind, gentle and loving.
• Check all contracts and documents.
• Plan for the unexpected. Don't take risks.
• Make plans and stick to them. Stay focused.
• Spend time with loved ones.
• Create a vision board. Harness the power of your mind.
• Run free and be sure to rest. Take care of yourself.
