Bialas Farms will have plenty of potatoes, onions and squashes this week so stock up the root cellar for the winter. Perhaps some spinach? You know you have to make that spinach dip that we all love for the holidays, why not make it with fresh spinach? Be sure to pick up all the root veggies and Brussels sprouts you'll need for your celebration dinners - they'll last for weeks in plastic bags in the fridge. Be sure to check out Bialas Farms on Facebook for updates on farm happenings and The FarmGirl Cooks for cooking tips. Happy Holidays to all!
