"Cheap Dates for Cheapskates"CheapDates
Check out a date bundle & you're entered in a prize drawing.

Thru October, we're offering fun on the cheap--a bundle of three DVDs with a bag of microwave popcorn thrown in:

  • For each bundle checked out, receive an entry slip for a prize drawing that treats the winner to dinner-and-a-movie gift cards.
  • Simply turn in the slip at the circulation desk at the time of check-out.
  • Borrow as many bundles as you like.
  • Bundled movies are renewable, so you can keep them twice as long.
Try out Windows 10 on our computers.Windows10
Available beginning October 6 at both library locations.

Windows 10 comes as a free update for users who are now running Windows 7 and 8. Before you download, try it out.* We've put Windows 10 on two public computers at each of our locations.

The new operating system includes a personal assistant (Cortana) and a new browser (Edge). Microsoft is following the Apple and Google strategies for letting apps (like contacts, calendars & email) work across your phone, tablet and laptop.

*The tiles in the start-up menu can be customized on your personal computer. They will not function as well on library computers.
