Let's Get Physical - Core Results Personnel Training

Another banner session at the gym.  Between the impossible-to-decipher cardio equipment and the endless wait for the treadmill, it's no wonder you can't break a sweat.  Great timing, too. Your ass is looking more like a honey-baked ham every day.  Whatever to do?

Whether you just want to slip into your skinny jeans or make a total life transformation, Core Results in Core Results Raleigh can guide you to your goals with their simple formula of core fitness plus real results, delivered by exceptional personal trainers.  All over the Triangle, their clients are breaking through their fitness barriers and living healthier lives.  Their achievements are how Core Results measures their success.

Triumph Training - At Core Results on 1330 St. Mary's Street in Raleigh near Cameron Village, you'll find a Core Results different approach from other personal trainers and fitness gyms.  Since the spring of 2006, Core Results has grown organically.  The biggest benefit of this growth for their clients is that, owner Joshua Hutchins takes his time when bringing on new trainers.  The hiring process can be a long one, but it is paramount that each trainer has made a conscious decision to make fitness a career, not just a hobby.  Core Results trainer's first criteria is that fitness is something they are passionate about and that the level of professionalism they display reflects that passion.  All trainers are full time with multiple certifications and degrees in the field.

How Fitting - At Core Results, they see everything from general weight loss, to performance, to post-rehab clients.  They have the knowledge to design a program that fits your needs and the experience to think on their Core Results feet to adapt to your ever changing body.  They offer a non intimidating environment in their private, spacious, new, state-of-the-art studio.  But don't mistake non-intimidating for unfocused!  Core Results clients get where they want to go.  They allow their clients to set their own schedules and then Core Results personnel trainers are there to make sure they follow through.

Worth the Weight - Think of your personal trainer as the family doctor of the fitness world.  It's the trainer's job to look at all aspects of your fitness, put together a plan that's right for you, and then guide you through it.  The program should include cardio, resistance training, and nutrition counseling. In fact, it's highly likely your program could utilize all of the aforementioned.  Fitness is a journey and progression is the name of the game.  What you are doing today is not what you should be doing next month.  This is really how your trainer earns their money - adapting your program to meet your ever changing needs.

Call Weighting - Having a personal trainer is really the only way to get accountability.   You will have appointments, so unlike gyms, classes, or the running trail, your trainer will know exactly when you don't show!  At Core Results your trainer will be texting, emailing, and/or leaving voice messages to keep you on track and to Core Results make sure you get to your appointments.

If health is wealth, then it's time to shake your moneymaker and call Core Results for your complimentary consultation.  They love talking to people about fitness.  So even if you're unsure about personal training, give them a try!  They'll walk you step-by-step through the process and guide you along the path to a healthier life.

Sign up for a free session to see their approach first-hand before you decide.  They'll discuss your health and fitness history, goals and questions before they begin your workout.  Remember, it doesn't cost you a dime until you decide it is worth your time and money.

Now go on and share the riches!

The Beltline Buzz items are selected by our editors.  No one can pay to be featured on The Beltline Buzz..  That's what advertising is for, and it's always labeled as such.  Selling ourselves (literally) would destroy the legitimacy, integrity, and fun of  The Beltline Buzz.  Plus, we'd never earn your trust that way.  So we'll never make a dime off your meal at a restaurant nor a penny from the sale of the latest accessory we told you about.

That said, on occasion, we will send out "Dedicated" e-mails on behalf of sponsors.  You'll recognize them from the subject line: "The Beltline Buzz Dedicated E-mail."  Yes, these are paid for.  And, no, we would never sell our subscriber list to anyone.  Not for any amount of money.

We hope that you continue to enjoy your Beltline Buzz.  We look forward to delivering it.
