Living in the Present - Deco Raleigh Gift Boutique

Surprise!  Just when you think you know what life has in store for you (Christmas credit-card payments, Deco Raleigh   antidepressants, death), it throws you a curve ball.  Those surprise Birthday, Baby Shower, Wedding,  Breakup announcements arrive.  They Just  Keep Coming!  So where can you turn for that perfect card or gift?  We suggest Deco Raleigh, a new boutique in downtown Raleigh.  It offers unique gifts, original art, and smart designs that you will not find at traditional box stores.  It is packed with gift ideas from funny novelties and books, small house wares, decor items, tech & bar accessories, fashion jewelry & scarves, as well as a kid's section.  There are even boxed card sets to put the finishing touches on your gift ... Like you knew "It" was happening all along.

Good Art is in the Wallet of the Beholder:  What makes Deco Raleigh unique and fun is its eclecticDeco Raleigh Jewelry mix of toys, gadgets, fashion and art.  There is something for everybody from 3 year old's to fussy mother-in-laws.  Most items are locally sourced and come in a wide array of prices.  Best of all, even the modest-priced goods are quality.  Looking to fill your walls and nooks with affordable, original art?  Deco features gallery displays from emerging local, regional and global artisans and craftspeople.  Pick from a wide array of paintings, mixed media, photography, prints, and jewelry.

To Have and to Hold: And you swore that you had struck Secret Santa gold with that hirsute-edition Chia Pet. (You didn't.)  With over 1500 distinct items, your chances for finding that perfect "something" at Deco Raleigh have vastly improved.  Play your cards right and stock up on well wishes for all your soon-to-be married friends or children of friends.  Be known as the giver of gifts that inspire creative play, not the gift that keeps on giving (as in Deco Raleigh Products re-gifters).  The friendly staff at Deco are full of ideas and can offer several intuitive gift options based on the recipient's age, interests and your price range.  You can even go to their online Website to get advance ideas.  So check them out and never give a lame gift again - can you say Ginsu Knives?

The Beltline Buzz items are selected by our editors.  No one can pay to be featured on The Beltline Buzz..  That's what advertising is for, and it's always labeled as such.  Selling ourselves (literally) would destroy the legitimacy, integrity, and fun of  The Beltline Buzz.  Plus, we'd never earn your trust that way.  So we'll never make a dime off your meal at a restaurant nor a penny from the sale of the latest accessory we told you about.

That said, on occasion, we will send out "Dedicated" e-mails on behalf of sponsors.  You'll recognize them from the subject line: "The Beltline Buzz Dedicated E-mail."  Yes, these are paid for.  And, no, we would never sell our subscriber list to anyone.  Not for any amount of money.

We hope that you continue to enjoy your Beltline Buzz.  We look forward to delivering it.
