Build the perfect fat-loss or muscle-gain stack in less than 1 minute!
No supplement is an island. That's why combining them, a.k.a. "stacking", can reward you with even greater results, faster. But how do you know which supplements to stack?
Beverly International has been helping physique athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels and ages develop customized supplement stacks since 1967. Whether you want to prepare for your first physique competition, drop a few pant sizes, or get a six-pack set of abs, we know which combination of Beverly products will produce the greatest results in the least amount of time, on any budget. To make choosing individual supplements or building your own customized stack even easier, we've summarized the results of our years of "real-world" studies in the form of a Supplement Recommendation Chart (SRC).

Tips for using the SRC
- Using the SRC to build a supplement stack is a bit like building a pyramid. The first level of the pyramid is your foundation. It consists of "must-have" supplements (indicated by a "1") that no program should be without, whether you're a beginner or a pro.
- Levels 2, 3 and 4 consist of progressively more specialized or advanced products. They enhance the results that you get from your foundation (level 1) products.
- Serious physique athletes and fitness enthusiasts will frequently build a supplement stack with Beverly products from all levels assigned to their particular goal.
Let's look at an example. If you're a woman and you want a "beach body", then according to the SRC, your level 1 product choices are Ultimate Muscle Protein (1A ) and Muscle Provider (1B). You can choose one or both of these products, depending on your budget and how you plan to use each. Ultimate Muscle Protein is great for use as a meal replacement, particularly first thing in the morning and in the evening. Muscle Provider is ideal for use in close proximity to your workouts, e.g. within 1 hour before and/or after.
Note that "1B" isn't any less important than "1A". Rather, Beverly has simply provided you with two product options at this level to give you more variety and flexibility. Don't hesitate to start with Muscle Provider and then switch to Ultimate Muscle Protein later for a change of pace (or vice versa), or start by using both products.
Depending on your budget and how serious you are about achieving your beach body, you can proceed to select products from levels 2 and 3.
For instance, if stimulating your metabolism and burning fat is really important to you, then the following beach body stack would be a good fit:
- Muscle Provider (level 1) (take immediately after any workout where you lift weights)
- Lean Out (level 2) (supports your metabolism's ability to convert calories into usable energy) and 7-Keto MuscleLean (level 2) (amplifies the weight-loss effects of diet and exercise)("turbo charges" Lean Out)
- Glutamine Select or Muscularity (level 3) (BCAAs that will help improve the appearance and performance of your body)
No matter what your goal, the most important thing to remember is to start by building a foundation with level 1 Beverly products. If you're really serious, or later decide to take your results to the next level, then you can proceed to add products from levels 2, 3, etc.
Guess what the "hottest" ingredient in weight management is!
Hint: It's the chief ingredient in Ultimate Muscle Protein, Provosyn and Muscle Provider.
A recent consumer survey conducted by the International Food Information Council (IFIC) provides evidence that more and more people are waking up to the benefits of using protein to help them manage their weight.
According to the IFIC survey, 86% of consumers know that protein can help them manage their weight and provide a feeling of fullness, or what scientists call satiety. The more satiated you feel after a meal, the less likely you are to overeat at the next one. As we all know, overeating is the single greatest barrier to losing weight and staying lean.
Clinical research suggests that high-quality milk-derived proteins like those found in the Beverly products Ultimate Muscle Protein, Provosyn and Muscle Provider can increase satiety more than other proteins commonly found in the diet.
Indeed, protein is finally crossing over from the bodybuilding arena to the "mainstream", especially women, who are now more concerned than ever about optimizing their body composition -in other words, losing body fat and building or toning their muscles- rather than simply "losing weight". How can protein help them? By increasing satiety and stimulating the body to burn fat faster!
Sculpt your torso with this cool new exercise used by a star of "Magic Mike"!
It's typical British humor: A reader of the online edition of the UK paper Daily Mail said that he could get a body like Matthew McConaughey if only he "stopped eating and worked out more than once a month". The reader was commenting on an article that discussed McConaughey's impressive physique and his recent appearance in the film Magic Mike.
As Beverly customers know, it's far from impossible to build a great physique like McConaughey's, so long as you have the right information and are committed to achieving your goal. It also helps if you can keep your workouts interesting and fun. If you're looking for a new exercise to try, give McConaughey's "endurance weight challenge" a try. It's one of his favorites.
Here, he explains how to perform the exercise:
- Choose a 3-lb to 5-lb dumbbell or barbell plate and hold it for 15 minutes, changing position regularly.
- Shift the weight from high above your head with both arms, to just your right arm, then your left arm, then rest it on your shoulders, then your legs.
- As your strength and endurance improve, gradually increase the weight.
According to McConaughey, you can get a full-body workout just by finding as many positions as you can without having to put the weight down on the ground.
This exercise also helps you discover the stronger and weaker spots in your physique and can add tone to your torso.
