All the components including Lens, Iridology Lens Attachment, Fibre-Optic Cables, Flash Attachment, Hot Shoe, Flash Cable, Viewing Light (& electronics) are all brand new. The 10 megapixel Canon SLR camera is the only part that is second hand, but looks like it has been hardly used.
