Was afternoon tea ever so fashionable? In a Diamond Jubilee and Olympic year, with Britain showing off what it truly does best, this most British of rituals certainly is!

Sarah Hartnett is the Head Pastry Chef of the Park Lane Hotel in Piccadilly. In 2010 she was crowned Pastry Chef of the Year by the Craft Guild of Chefs, the same year she lent her valuable expertise to the National England Culinary Team at the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. Sarah will be taking you on an Afternoon Tea adventure - how to concoct those yummy cakes, pastries, name it.  Think elegant drawing rooms, summer garden parties! Think Jubilee!

You may even have the chance to sit down and enjoy a nice lunch with Sarah afterwards. It's all part of your adventure...Adventure Gourmet!

This Adventure Gourmet Master Class will be followed by a three course gourmet lunch with wine. Tickets are available at £125pp all inclusive.  For more information and to book your place, contact Binay@cafespice.co.uk
