A Champagne & Indian Food Feast

to celebrate our Fifteenth Anniversary!

£75pp

On Tuesday, 16th November, we'll be celebrating Cafe Spice Namaste's fifteenth anniversary

with a feast to fight hunger! We'll be supported by Champagne Taittinger, Game-to-Eat and

Two Chicks who are working closely with Chef Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala to make it a very

special and memorable evening!

As an Ambassador of Action Against Hunger, Chef Cyrus decided that proceeds from the

evening should go to AAH, and Champagne Taittinger, a long-time sponsor of the charity,

will be playing a very central role in the evening.

Taittinger's signature cuvee Brut Reserve NV will be served at the Champagne reception, along

with a selection of gourmet canapes. A multi-course menu will follow, featuring seafood and

meat, including game, matched with a number of Taittinger's different Champagnes.

Justin Llewelyn, Taittinger's family representative in the UK, will introduce each of the wines,

including their trophy-winning Prelude Grands Crus, their gold medal-winning cuvees,

Vintage 2004 and Folies de la Marquetterie, and a specially selected Champagne to go

with the pudding.

For Cyrus, matching fine Champagne with gourmet India food will be a wonderful challenge.

For the last fifteen years, he and Pervin have been used to seeking out new dimensions in food,

but this new menu will be fit for Champagne lovers! And Justin, for Taittinger, is very excited

about tasting Cyrus' top quality cuisine through all the pairings...Join us and help us to

celebrate a milestone anniversary with a Champagne feast to fight hunger!

To book, call Cafe Spice Namaste on 020 7488 9242 or email binay@cafespice.co.uk
