John Williams is the celebrated Executive Chef of The Ritz, following in the tradition of the greatest chefs in the world. He is also the hallowed Chairman of The Academy of Culinary Arts.
 
In this 'Menu Sonata' Master Class, John will show us how he prepares his tasting menus for The Ritz's award-winning restaurant, including:
Warm Oyster with Cucumber Tagliatelle and Caviar, Butter poached Lobster with Ginger and Cauliflower Cream Puree and Fillet of Turbot with Baby Leeks and Morels. Enough to warm a winter's morning!
