TUNA PAKORA
Batons of Cornish Albacore Tuna dipped in spiced chickpea batter, fried and served on a bed of Oriental-influenced cole slaw BREAST OF WOOD PIGEON ACHAARI
Breasts of wood pigeon marinated in pickling sauces pureed in yoghurt, skewered, chargrilled and served with organic red rice blended with toasted nuts
PARSEE STYLE LAMB CUTLET Organic lamb cutlet from the Rhug Estates of Wales, encased in cumin and garlic flavoured mashed potato, rolled in crumbs, fried and served on a bed of cassia flavoured tomato gravy
MONK FISH CAKE WITH GRILLED SCALLOP
Cake of flaked monkfish blended with crushed potato, minced shallot, ginger and chilli, crumbed in semolina, fried and served on a bed of Goan coconut curry topped with grilled Devon King scallops
CAFRAEL DE GALO-SILVESTRE
Grouse from Ayrshire, marinated the Goan-Portuguese way with a masala of pureed garlic, cumin, cloves, lime juice and coriander, roasted, boned as much as we can to make it easy for you & served with garlic rice.

Shank of lamb part roasted and slow cooked in a gravy of minced red onion and tomato, flavoured with whole spices until tender, served with steamed rice and cubes of deep fried potato
