We are delighted to welcome back one of our most popular Master Chefs, Steve Munkley, with a most interesting and insightful class. Steve will talk about how he helped create Min Jiang, one of the most stylish and accomplished authentic Chinese restaurants in the heart of Kensington in July 2008.
 
Whilst demonstrating alongside  Head Chef Chee Vooi Lan how to prepare a number of authentic Chinese dishes, Steve will discuss how the restaurant concept was conceived, i.e. the timing issues, kitchen development, sourcing of equipment, hiring of staff, menu writing and product sourcing. This is a real opportunity  to understand and question the planning and thought processes that go into such a vital change process.
 
Min Jiang is on the tenth floor of The Royal Garden Hotel, and is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, serving traditional dishes from China's gastronomic provinces.  
 
This Adventure Gourmet master class will be followed by a three course gourmet lunch with wine.
