Prayer Is A Great Battlefield
July, 2012
Dearly Beloved,

The word of God says, "Proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants." (Lev. 25:10) The Fourth of July is a time in which we all can ponder our freedoms. In fact, the Independence Day provides above all the foundation to offer a kind of "Summer Thanksgiving" to God. One of the greatest achievement of our Independence is the freedom to worship as we please. This is demonstrated in the Pledge of Allegiance". . . one nation under God . . ." We even have "In God We Trust" on our currency and coins.  But how can we claim to be 'Under' Him when our deeds do not honor his will, and how can we say we 'Trust' Him when our trust is in almost everything but God! It is no surprise then that Islam is one of the greatest challenge facing the western world today. Could they be here as a result of our reluctance to seek and do His will? If Islam is not treated properly, we may loose the essence of our foundations - the American liberty. September eleven taught us well that trusting in Nuclear Weapons, Immigration Restrictions, Homeland Security, Federal Laws or even the White House availed to nothing. All of these combined could not stop the inevitable. The only way to preserve our Independence, and for our nation to be "under God" in any Christian sense is through our repentance, redemption and devotion to God.
Please, come and join us this Thursday evening (July 5, 2012), 6:30 pm as we bow the knee to the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Prayer is the place for the renewal of our spiritual strength. That is where the regeneration of America begins.
" For freedom Christ has set us free; stand fast therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery." (Gal. 5: 1)

Happy Independence Day
