Finishing the Task Together

 There has not been a time in history when the Muslim population has grown so drastically, from 300 million in 1900 to over 1.2 billion worldwide today. Nor is there any sign of this growth slowing down in the foreseeable future. Our deepest passion, vision and mission at GNFCW is to bridge the huge gap between this enormous growth of Islam and the lack of the Church's outreach to Muslims, especially in the United States. The need to enlist and equip the Church to meet the growing giant of Islam has never been as crucial as today. To meet the Islamic challenge, in the last two years GNFCW has increased its efforts of teaching, equipping and reaching Muslims through fervent prayers, newly developed training programs and direct engagement with Muslims in the mosque, as well as witnessing to multitudes of refugees in the DFW area. The tasks that God has entrusted to us are by no means possible without the provision of God, the fervent prayers of our intercessors, and the direct engagement of our supporters, volunteers and all who believe in this ministry in this crucial hour of history. Furthermore, we are motivated more than ever to be part of what God is about to do among Muslims and eager to accomplish the tasks He has reserved for us in 2014. These tasks encourage us to reflect on this prayer of David, "Yours, O Lord, is....everything that is in the heavens and the earth...Both riches and honor come from you....and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone...O Lord our God, all this abundance that we have provided to build You a house for Your holy name, it is from Your hand, and all is Yours" (I Chron. 29:11-16).  

As we prepare ourselves to celebrate the greatest love story ever told, we become aware that Christmas is the greatest demonstration of God's love as seen in the gift of His only begotten Son. We, in return, by giving generously may be conformed to the image of Christ and participate in His work in the world. As we set our heart on God and pull together our efforts to win Muslims to Christ in 2014, we ask you to join us by supporting these tasks, not for the sake of financial transaction but a whole-life transformation of growing giving hearts to be generous and rich toward God. Our purpose of asking for your gift is not only for our benefit but ultimately for what it can do for you, the transformation of your heart and the growth of your account with God, just as the apostle Paul expressed in his words: "Not that I am looking for a gift, but I am looking for what may be accredited to your account" (Phil. 4:17). In asking, we are inviting you to become an integral part in the fulfillment of the Great Commission, to raise more workers, to make new disciples, and further the kingdom of God among Muslims.

As Christmas approaches, GNFCW wants to wholeheartedly thank you for your love, support and care  for this ministry. We wish to you and all your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year filled with God's blessings and provision.
