One thing that became even MORE clear over the past few weeks (while on my annual vacation!) is how important it is to generate INCOMING business leads and ongoing word of mouth buzz. Otherwise when you take a break, Business. Just. STOPS.  
 
Some of my very favorite current projects involve teaching such principles to sales teams. I've developed several (fun!) turnkey workshops and seminars to train them on how to position their salespeople, agents and representatives as "top-of-mind" and then reap the benefits as clients and customers come a' knocking.
