Annotating Notes
When you retrieve a note that has previously been created and saved, there's a new button at the bottom of the page to add a note annotation. You can add as many annotations as you want.
The annotation window asks you to categorize the type of annotation, such as note correction, supervisor comments, supervisor sign-off and so forth. You need only to categorize your comments, enter any text and click save.
Your annotation will be added to the bottom of the note and become part of the permanent client record. It's very fast and intuitive. |
Now Comes the Fun Part
To get a quick view of whether you've got progress notes created for each billable session, and whether they're electronically signed with supervisor approval, we've updated an existing report.
Under the reports menu item, just click on the option that says Session Activity by Date. You can select any date range and several different sort options. Each option now gives you an additional color-coded indicator of the progress note for that session.
If it's not obvious what each color means, just hold your mouse over the indicator and you'll see a plain English description. |
Including Client Communications
If you are one of the many that use the client portal portion of Jituzu, here's some more good news. We are currently developing the option to include in their client record any secure messages between you and your client.
This is to enable viewing of any electronic communications you may have had with your client, as well as make it easy to provide that information to any third parties should the need arise. We'll let you know when that feature is available. |
