 Food Drive
SeaVentures is collecting donations of food and other needed items for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
Founded in 1979, the Atlanta Community Food Bank procures over 35 million pounds of food and groceries each year and distributes it to more than 600 nonprofit partner agencies serving families and individuals in 29 metro Atlanta and north Georgia counties. |

 Diveheart Training
Many of you showed interest in learning the next step, which is, learning how to either be a dive buddy or how to become an open water instructor with the handicapped diving community. The cost for the buddy course is $225 and the price for the instructor program is $395. Below are the dates that Jim Elliott is coming down to Atlanta to conduct the programs. The dates are the same for both programs except for Monday December 17th is only for the instructor program; this will be conducted at Lake Keowee at the "Hot Hole".  Underwater Trim the Tree
Yes, you read that right. We will have a Tree in our indoor heated pool for our friends to decorate. It will be standing on the bottom of our 12' deep dive well.
This event is open to Snorkelers and Scuba Divers. Scuba Divers must be 8 years and older. | |
