Demo Day Saturday 11-4, Rewind Sunday 12-5, New We R Memory Keepers & More

Hi Everyone,

All we have been doing is unpacking boxes this week. I'm not complaining because we LOVE what we have been getting. I have lots of photos after the Demo Day photos of the Bo Bunny, the Paper Company and We R Memory Keepers.

Demo Day

Saturday November 10th 11-4 PM

Demo Day Rewind Sunday 12-5 PM

Join us for 14 great projects all just $2 each. We will have a variety of cards and layouts for you to create. We do the cutting and you do the gluing. Just drop in anytime after 11:00 and create as many Demos you want. We provide glue sticks so if you prefer tape, please bring a labeled tape runner. We will have kits available for all the demos so you can even make these at home.

If you complete 6 demos, you will receive a coupon for 10% off your regular priced purchases for the day (not including special orders or other sale special offers).

Laura will be making this fun card using a Paper Smooches stamp set.

Tina has two great cards to choose from. She has a limited quantity of each card and will probably run out of these.

Beth will be making this adorable chickadee card. We ordered 18 of this stamp and are down to just 3 left. We will be happy to special order you a stamp if you miss out on this one.

Jill will be doing a bit of embossing on this pretty card using Impression Obsession stamps.

Cindy created an elegant card for you. Our box with this great foil paper won't be arriving until Monday. Let us know if you would like us to hold some for you.

Gina has created 8 great layouts for you this month.

November Calendar is ready!

Here are those Class FYI's that everyone needs to know

Please bring all your basic tools to class with you and the extra supplies listed in the class description. We will have most of the products available for purchase.
Payment is required to reserve your seat in class(es). Class spaces are based on a first come, first serve basis.
We require that any cancellations on classes be made 48 hours prior to beginning of class time. With proper notification of cancellation, the cost of the class will then be credited towards store credit. Failure to provide 48 hour notice will be considered a loss on the customers' end due to the short notice.
Classes cancelled on behalf of the shop will be refunded to customers.

Here are those Crop FYI's that everyone needs to know:

Please make sure to call ahead to reserve your spot for any Friday Night Crops or Saturday Night Crops. You don't want to miss out because we didn't know you were coming!
If you have a group coming to our crops (2+ croppers), please let us know when signing up so we can reserve space for your group.
To sign up for any classes or crops, please stop by the store or call (410-549-5187) during store hours to sign up.

New Copic Classes Coming to Photo Scraps!

Lisa Hetrick has created two all new Copic Spotlight classes focused on specific techniques to take your color work to new levels. Here's what she has planned:

Copic Spotlight: Copic and Colored Pencil Coloring without Lines

Copic Spotlight: Coloring and Creating Reflections

Copic Spotlight: Copic and Colored Pencil. Coloring without lines and adding dimension to your work.

This class will focus on coloring images without "stamped" lines to create three dimensional effects. We will also cover colored pencil techniques and how using them together with Copics add advanced dimension to your work. We will walk through a coloring and detail process that will be completed in class with a sample image to take home for practice.

Full-color handouts provided.

Halloween Paper Bag Album

One of our creative customers, Pat Carmondy, was making a fun Halloween paper bag album for her nephew and got carried away in a great direction. She didn't realize until she was done that she had crated a spider like album. Her vision as she was creating was to use the paper bags as pockets to hide money and candy.

I adore how she has the skeleton holding the cash.

Who thinks this would be a fun class next year?
