Wacky Wednesday Cards, New Bo Bunny, Memory Box, Echo Park & More

Hi Everyone,

We have received all sorts of great new products in the store just in time for Demo Day this Saturday. We kept the Fed-Ex and UPS drivers really busy this week with huge orders from Silhouette, Memory Box, Northwoods, Sn@p!, Viva Decor, Echo Park and Bo Bunny. When you stop in to shop this week, give yourself some extra time to make a few cards. We will have them out thru Friday. Saturday is our Demo Day but if you can't make it out to see us on Saturday, we are having our Demo Day Rewind on Sunday.

Wacky Wednesday Cards

Cindy had fun making this cute turkey card and Lisa Halstead has a sweet treat for you (Thin Mints). She is making these for her Thanksgiving table decorations. Available Wednesday thru Friday, just $2 each.

Here a couple of photos from our 60 Second Shopping Spree. These were our two big winners Dedra Wolff and Paulette Hall.

We had a great crowd for the event and most went home with a prize.

November Calendar is ready!

Here are those Class FYI's that everyone needs to know

Please bring all your basic tools to class with you and the extra supplies listed in the class description. We will have most of the products available for purchase.
Payment is required to reserve your seat in class(es). Class spaces are based on a first come, first serve basis.
We require that any cancellations on classes be made 48 hours prior to beginning of class time. With proper notification of cancellation, the cost of the class will then be credited towards store credit. Failure to provide 48 hour notice will be considered a loss on the customers' end due to the short notice.
Classes cancelled on behalf of the shop will be refunded to customers.

Here are those Crop FYI's that everyone needs to know:

Please make sure to call ahead to reserve your spot for any Friday Night Crops or Saturday Night Crops. You don't want to miss out because we didn't know you were coming!
If you have a group coming to our crops (2+ croppers), please let us know when signing up so we can reserve space for your group.
To sign up for any classes or crops, please stop by the store or call (410-549-5187) during store hours to sign up.

Demo Day

Join us for 14 great projects all just $2 each. We will have a variety of cards and layouts for you to create. We do the cutting and you do the gluing. Just drop in anytime after 11:00 and create as many Demos you want. We provide glue sticks so if you prefer tape, please bring a labeled tape runner. We will have kits available for all the demos so you can even make these at home.

If you complete 6 demos, you will receive a coupon for 10% off your regular priced purchases for the day (not including special orders or other sale special offers).

Tina has two great cards to choose from. She has a limited quantity of each card and will probably run out of these.

New Copic Classes Coming to Photo Scraps!

Lisa Hetrick has created two all new Copic Spotlight classes focused on specific techniques to take your color work to new levels. Here's what she has planned:

Copic Spotlight: Copic and Colored Pencil Coloring without Lines

Copic Spotlight: Coloring and Creating Reflections

Copic Spotlight: Copic and Colored Pencil. Coloring without lines and adding dimension to your work.

This class will focus on coloring images without "stamped" lines to create three dimensional effects. We will also cover colored pencil techniques and how using them together with Copics add advanced dimension to your work. We will walk through a coloring and detail process that will be completed in class with a sample image to take home for practice.

Full-color handouts provided.

Halloween Paper Bag Album

One of our creative customers, Pat Carmondy, was making a fun Halloween paper bag album for her nephew and got carried away in a great direction. She didn't realize until she was done that she had crated a spider like album. Her vision as she was creating was to use the paper bags as pockets to hide money and candy.

I adore how she has the skeleton holding the cash.

Who thinks this would be a fun class next year?
