Residents will be seeing some new development along Marion Street in the next few weeks. On March 19, the City Council approved a development agreement for a 46-unit mixed used senior housing development which will be located on the corner of Marion Street and Ellis Street.
Construction on the development should be completed in approximately eighteen months. The unit is set to bring affordable senior housing, while also meeting the aesthetic design requirements of downtown, and providing an opportunity for retail in one of our vital corridors.
