On Friday, Oct. 4th six hard working
Gwinnett Technical College volunteers painted at Gwinnett ReStore to freshen our look while eight volunteers installed Doors of Art in Duluth and Suwanee. The volunteers were recruited by the Gwinnett Great Days of Servicewhere over 60,000 people volunteer during a 2-day community service initiative. Thank you all for your volunteer spirit and support of the Habitat mission!

The sun shined as bagpipes played a tribute to World Habitat Day Monday on Suwanee Town Center. Gwinnett Habitat Executive Director, Rev. Brent Bohanan led the salute to recognize the need for adequate shelter in our community and around the world.

Doors to Homes and Hope kicked off the month-long art exhibit during the Norcross Art Fest Saturday, October 5th. Visit the exhibits at the host city Norcross and partner cities Suwanee, Duluth and Snellville.
Doors of Art can be purchased through auction. Bid for your favorite Door of Art and support the Habitat mission and the arts in our community!
