Getting Connected
We have several opportunities for families to connect with our school (and one another) planned. We know families have busy schedules, and these events are informal, low key, and optional. (We're also sharing these events with new families so that we can begin to build relationships with them and welcome their kids to the Greenwood family.) Please click HERE for a preview of the upcoming events including our Fall Open House.
Big Plans
We've got BIG plans for next year! Our school will be adding a giant LEGO wall for students to create, show mathematical models/graphs, produce stop motion video, and more. Lots of planning and collaboration needs to occur, but we're asking for your help. If you come across any LEGOs at garage sales (or if your children outgrow their LEGOs) please consider donating them to this special project. The concept is new to us, but a great opportunity for kids. Click HERE for a link to a blog post with sample pictures and videos. Donations can be dropped off in the main office.
Kind regards, Brad Gustafson, Principal
