Fitness challenge reminder

A reminder to students to continue their March into Fitness challenge through the end of the month. Fitness calendars should be returned after Spring Break during student's regularly scheduled PE class periods.
New research links exercise and school performance. Scientists have learned that kids who exercise and play vigorously for twenty to forty minutes a day are better able to organize their schoolwork and perform better in the classroom. (Walsh, David, Ph.D., Smart Parenting, Smarter Kids.)

Grizz must be getting tired of climbing in cold weather! His pace has slowed down to a crawl. Help Grizz climb higher after Spring Break. His goal is 10,000 Box Tops. Bring in your completed Box Tops collection sheets to get Grizz moving up the mountain!

Volleyball class starts April 16
