NEW YEAR'S EVE Bash with Gurunam Singh, Siri Bani Kaur and Gurusangat Singh
|

There is a crossing over, not just into a new year, but into an age and into a consciousness. There is a deepening, there is a trust and there is a transformation. There is a relaxation and an exaltation. We do the yoga, we chant, we merge in a sacred sound and vibration. We welcome the guidance and all the love that is waiting and all the worlds that are waiting, and all the souls that are needing, with open arms... We open our minds and hearts to the sharing and caring and the penetration, the focus to ri se to meet the challenge and the intention for clearing... We drop the facade and stand out in the open, where a hand can reach to us and where we can reach a hand out to others. We are the care givers of the earth. But we have to build it and we have to build it together, chanting the name, praying together for peace.
This is our intention for the new year! To build a spiritual base for ourselves, to widen the circle of love locally and globally!
Tea and Treats will be served!
December, 31, 2012 9 -12:30 a.m. $35 Pre-registration/$45 at the door

|
Snatam Kaur will lead the audience on a heart-opening experience to bliss and beyond. She is joined by a collective of enlightened musicians to induce a deeply meditative flow of grace that re-calibrates the soul, aligning it to love, light and compassion. Joining her is San Francisco based guitarist/multi-instrumentalist and composer Todd Boston, tabla player/percussionist Ramesh Kannan and cellist Matthew Schoening weave a deeply lavish and transcendental vibrational grid. Snatam's legacy as a teacher, sacred singer, luminary touring performer and prolific recording artist are the fruit of an 11-year of non-stop journey of live performances attended by tens of thousands of both devoted followers and new faces. She recently graced the pages of Oprah's "O" magazine and performed for Oprah on her birthday in Maui. Like countless others around the planet Oprah "plays her [music] everyday before meditating". We invite you on a journey through the intimate pathways of these soulful songs and ancient mantras. Winter Solstice:
Let's Celebrate!
The Winter Solstice, ("sun stands still in winter") marks the first day of Winter, in the northern hemisphere. The seasonal significance of the winter solstice is in the reversal of the gradual lengthening of nights and shortening of days. In many traditions this time is celebrated with festivals, gatherings, rituals, or other celebrations. The theme of Winter Solstice is one of rebirth, a time of the old turning into the new, and the renewal of the sun. Many of us will be going down to Florida for the 3HO Winter Solstice Celebration.
