 We know that Career Edge interns - past and present - are exceptionally talented and make great contributions to their employers. But sometimes we are surprised (and delighted) when we see interns take the initiative of sharing their experiences, paying it forward for others who may be facing similar challenges to what they have successfully overcome.
Sujit Das is one of these former interns who has gone out of his way to help other internationally qualified professionals succeed by highlighting the important role mentoring played in helping him find success after immigrating to Canada, while also listing the reciprocal benefits mentors gain by coaching interns who are new to Canadian workplace norms.
