Rangarajan, forecast a 6.4 percent GDP growth for the current fiscal year, renowned economist, Nouriel Roubini, told an audience in Mumbai that India's is challenged by its massive corruption scandals and the country can at best hope for a GDP growth of 6 per cent or even less.
