D-Tools Goes Mobile: We Review the Surface Pro - Part 1

Here at D-Tools, the thought of a mobile app has appealed to us for a long time. We are currently developing our iOS app for the iPad, but with the price of admission for the Microsoft Surface Pro recently dropping to $900 dollars we figured we'd give it a shot, and yes, we are very glad we did 

Fast forward 15 years and we now service many industries beyond residential AV and we have close to 1,000 product categories and subcategories that we keep track of.  Although we gave users interfaces to better manage their categories and shapes, having hard coded categories and sub-categories was pretty much an untenable situation: we needed to make a change.
