Young Explorers Camp was just terrific! Such joy and energy and life through our halls as children from CGS and Malachi's, brimming with excitement and laughter, flooded our narthex that first Monday. They were all in stitches from the very beginning as fun mixed with intentional choral instruction ("Can you make a face like this?"). And, of course, there were quieter moments, like the hush descended at the reading of Rainbow Fish, during the lunch blessing, or when holding hands in prayer at the beginning and close of day.   Didn't you love those tie-died T-shirts and smiling faces on Sunday as our children danced, road ponies up the aisle, played instruments and sang the songs they had learned in less than a week?

On behalf of a grateful parish, I wish to thank all the Adult and Youth Leaders who gave so much this week and in the weeks preceding to provide such an exquisite experience for our younger set.
