Where in the World is Dr. Hausfeld?
  • November 12-13: Preaching at Stone Edge Church in Macon, Georgia for Pastor Joey Ellis (AGTS alumnus)
  • November 19: Speaking at Truth Conference on the topic of Islam, America, and the Church, Peoria, Illinois
  • Co-authored along with Ben Aker, Jim Bennett, Jim Hernando, Tommy Hodum, Wave Nunnally, and Adam Simnowitz, the chapter entitled, "The Necessity for Retaining Father-Son Terminology in Scripture Translations for Muslims," in book entitled Controversies in Missions: Theology, Peoples, and Practice of Mission in the 21st Century, (published by Evangelical Missiological Society/William Carey Library, 2016).

Thanksgiving Holiday


  • AGTS offices will be closed and classes will not meet in Thursday, November 24 - Friday, November 25 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. 
  • Library is open Friday and Saturday, November 25-26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
  • Classes resume on Monday, November 28

Spring 2017 Practicums
  • Student must apply for/register online for class credit BEFORE doing a practicum; credit will not be given for those requesting credit or registering
    after completing practicums.

The Write Place 
Writing
  • The Write Place is a FREE tutoring service available to all Evangel and AGTS students. 
  • Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
  • All appointments can be scheduled through The Write Place Online in Course Commons.
  • If you would like to schedule a last minute appointment, feel free to check the schedule or to drop by the Write Place, located in Trask 202.
  • There is no need to register or enroll in the course.  If you are currently enrolled as a student at Evangel or AGTS, you are enrolled in The Write Place.

Registrar's News

Fall Registration 
  • Register for spring  2017 classes through the Student Portal between October 31 - December 9  
  • There is a $6 fee to drop or add classes once the student's schedule is "Official." 
  • The last day to register or change classes is
    January 24, 2017. 

Incomplete Grade Form

  • Students who need additional time to complete a class must use the Incomplete Grade Request Form available on the AGTS website on the Registrar's Office Form page. 
  • The top of the form is completed and signed by the student, then submitted to the instructor no later than the last day of class, December 9.

E-mail
  • It is your responsibility to check your AGTS student
    email account on a regular basis.
  • If you would like information on how to forward email sent to your AGTS email account to your personal email account, please email registrar@agts.edu for instructions. 
Graduation Application Deadlines
  • Complete and submit the 2016-2017 Graduation Application and return it to the AGTS Registrar's Office by January 30, 2017, if you are planning to graduate in the spring or summer 2017 semester
  • Students graduating this fall or next spring (and those approved to graduate next summer) will all participate in the May 2017 Commencement Service.  
Free Audit for Spouses
  • Spouses of full-time seminarians (9 hours minimum) may audit one class this coming semester at no charge.
  • See the AGTS Registrar's Forms for the spouse audit registration form.

Student Records
  • The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. See the AGTS Student Handbook for guidelines.

  • Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Contact Angela Long at 417-865-2815, ext. 7422 if you have questions. 
Late Payment Fee
  • A $25 late payment fee will be assessed for each late payment received on an account with a debit balance.
